Our client a fast growing audit and accounting firm is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Graduate Trainee to join the team of dedicated professionals.
Role purpose
As a Graduate Trainee, you will have the opportunity to kick-start your career in auditing and accounting consulting and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program: Participate in a structured training program designed to provide you with a strong foundation in auditing and accounting practices.
- Mentorship: Work closely with experienced professionals who will serve as mentors and guide you in your learning journey.
- Audit and Accounting Support: Assist in audit engagements, including planning, risk assessment, data analysis, and documentation. Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate with client teams to gather information and documentation, and assist in addressing client inquiries.
- Professional Development: Stay updated on auditing standards, accounting principles, and industry best practices through ongoing learning and development opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Project Assistance: Provide support on various audit and consulting projects, gaining exposure to different industries and client needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong desire to pursue a career in auditing and accounting consulting. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic professional setting.
- 1year relevant internship or work experience in auditing and accounting consulting is a plus.
