We are looking for a multi-tasking, attentive, and ready-to-help Customer Relationship Agent. Working together with a team, you will be responsible for assisting our customers with their issues when using our services.
What do we look for in a new team member?
- Education level: 2 years of college (minimum)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Kiswahili
- Any other language like French is an added advantage
- Ability to cope under pressure and work with minimal supervision
- Interest in helping other people
- Open to working 24/7 in shifts
- Good interpersonal skills
- Quick learner
- Interest in the sports industry
- Knowledge of football betting markets is an advantage
- Previous experience in customer support is an added advantage
Key skills and experience for this role:
- As a customer success agent, ensure all our clients’ needs are met as they navigate through our product.
- Assist customers through all available engagement channels.
- Be open to having a flexible and dynamic working schedule.
- Promote the value of the product through a wonderful customer experience.
- Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience.
- Carry out callout exercises to do client education on existing and new products.
- Do callout surveys on customer satisfaction and perception of our brand image.
