Th The main purpose of this role is managing the schedules and communications of the Chief Executive Officer & key company executives.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
Provide high-level administrative support to the Bank CEO, including managing the calendar, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Communication:
Act as a liaison between the CEO and other bank executives, staff, and external stakeholders. Manage phone calls and emails on behalf of the CEO.
Travel Arrangements:
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for the CEO.
Meeting Preparation:
Prepare materials and agenda for meetings attended by the CEO. Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Information Management:
Maintain confidential files and documents, ensuring easy access to critical information for the CEO.
Research: Conduct research and compile reports on various topics as requested by the CEO.
Event Coordination:
Organize and coordinate special events, conferences, and seminars that the CEO may attend or host.
Budget Management:
Assist in managing the CEO’s budget, including expense tracking and reimbursement processing.
Project Support:
Support the CEO in special projects and initiatives, which may involve collaborating with other departments within the bank.
Decision Support:
Provide information and analysis to assist the CEO in making informed decisions.
Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion, given the sensitive nature of the CEO’s role.
Time Management:
Help the CEO manage their time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and stay organized.
Communication Skills:
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills to represent the CEO effectively.
Adaptability:
Be flexible and able to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities that may change frequently.
Related Job Experience/Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Communications, or a relevant discipline.
Relevant courses or certifications in areas like Office Management, Executive Assistance, or administrative support.
Prior work experience in administrative roles, especially as an Executive Assistant or a PA. Experience in the Banking industry or Financial Institutions will be an added advantage.
At least five year’s experience in a similar role.
