The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.
- Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey.
- Reviewing and optimising the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.
- Planning and control of the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.
- Using A/B testing to optimise digital marketing performance.
- Analysing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
- Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions.
- Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy.
- Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners.
- Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.
- Driving performance marketing via Display Ads, Facebook Ads, Media Buying, Google Ads and SEO / SEM.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 3 year experience ideally in Business Development / Account Manager (B2B), Digital Marketing or Partnerships & Alliances within Professional Services industry.
- You have prior experience in dealing with General Trade / Open Trade and Key Accounts.
- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales and Enterprise Sales.
- Experience within Performance marketing would be a strong advantage.
- Experience within Professional Services, Public Sector, Infrastructure, Industrial & Manufacturing, High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and Consumer would be a strong advantage.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.
