  • HR Administration

Ø Maintain, update and upload employee records, including personal information, employee history and data.Ø Assist in preparations and distribution of HR Documents and form of the department needs.

  • Recruitment support

Ø Assist in communication to candidates regarding interview details and outcomes.Ø Assist in collection of references and documentation.

  • Onboarding and Offboarding

Ø Support the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and regulations/policies training.Ø Assist with exit documentation records and procedures.

  • Employee Relations

Ø Address basic employee inquiries and direct more complex issues to HR Management.Ø Maintain confidentiality when handling all HR matters.

  • Record Keeping

Ø Maintain organized HR Files and databases.Ø Prepare reports and HR Matric as needed.

  • Compliance

Ø Assist in minutes writing and tracking of disciplinary committee.Ø Assist ensuring HR practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.Ø Support HR audits and documentation requests.

  • General Administrative Support

Ø Assist scheduling meetings with internal and external individuals.Ø Attend phone inquiries and direct calls to appropriate personnel.

  • Other Duties

Ø Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned.
