DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Managing MD’s schedule, meetings, appointments and travel plans
  • Maintain the MDs calendar plus once for the staff members
  • Maintain important documents like contracts, original documents and correspondence.
  • Act as a liaison between MD, partners, clients and team members
  • Raise invoices as and when required
  • Oversee the administrative duties. Filling, document preparation and
  • Monitor accounts receivables and follow up for payments.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience working with Quickbooks online
  • Experience working with Google workspace
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High integrity
  • Trustworthy.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
