DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Managing MD’s schedule, meetings, appointments and travel plans
- Maintain the MDs calendar plus once for the staff members
- Maintain important documents like contracts, original documents and correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between MD, partners, clients and team members
- Raise invoices as and when required
- Oversee the administrative duties. Filling, document preparation and
- Monitor accounts receivables and follow up for payments.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience working with Quickbooks online
- Experience working with Google workspace
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High integrity
- Trustworthy.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
