Summary
This role will provide administrative support to a geographically dispersed Executive team based in Europe. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion. The role can be remote within the EMEA Region.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage diary scheduling.
· Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels and visas.
· Support with expenses and payment of invoices.
· Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents, preparing agendas, presentations and reports and arranging the logistics.
· Prioritize emails and respond when necessary.
· Provides other administrative support as necessary.

Qualifications:
Experience
· Worked in an executive assistant or similar role in an international business.
Education
· A Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field would be an advantage.
Languages
· Excellent conversational and written English.
· Fluent spoken French would be an advantage.
Tools and Applications
· Excellent knowledge of all MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Familiarity with travel and event planning software, such as Concur, would be an advantage.
