Tasks
- Establish long term strategic plans to achieve company goals, such as increasing brand awareness.
- Conduct research to develop the regional marketing communication strategy.
- Manage the implementation of the marketing plans and all associated activities within budget and agreed timescales to create leads, opportunities and orders.
- Act as key interface between business units and regional sales & service offices, collaborating closely with other colleagues in the marketing team.
- Manage end-to-end planning and execution of events, including strategic planning, event marketing, budget, logistics, communications, event tech, gifting, onsite execution, playbooks, analytics/ROI.
- Assist in completing client visit reports and system development.
- Perform other sales support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence.
- Support in scheduling meetings, sending invites to attendees and preparing minutes of meetings.
- Assist with travel arrangements for the management.
- Prepare and extract CRM reports.
- Analyze CRM Data in Buhler corporate presentation for management and sales team.
- All other tasks assigned.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in in the similar field.
- Fluent communication skills in English language.
