Operational since 2011, Regen Organics collects and treats over 50,000T of residual organics per year, and successfully sells its agri-inputs to farmers in over 40 counties in Kenya, who see improved yields and increased incomes. To date, nearly 6,000 farms have adopted regenerative farming. Our work is also pioneering climate action in Africa – we offset nearly 50,000T of carbon per year and we have big expansion plans to scale this impact. About the Role
Regen Organics (rebrand of Sanergy) is seeking a call center fellow (telesales) who will be tasked with cold calling and taking orders from resellers of our fertilizer brand.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to resellers to collect marketing leads.
- Engage with resellers to determine their readiness for primary sales orders.
- Assist resellers in placing primary sales orders when they are ready.
- Compile and provide a weekly primary sales prospect list to Assistant Managers.
- Continuously make calls to sample and determine the validity of marketing leads for each region.
Qualifications
- Relevant Degree or Diploma.
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in telesales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
