Bell Desk Attendant/Doormen
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers in order to maximize guest satisfaction. In this role you will provide guests with the highest standard of efficiency and care in luggage handling, valet parking service, transportation, escorting to rooms and delivery of mail and messages.
Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations. Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
