Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. As a Junior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the accounting and financial operations of our company. You will work closely with senior accountants and finance professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis. Responsibilities:
– Perform general ledger accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals
– Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
– Help maintain accurate and organized financial records
– Stay up-to-date with accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends
-Handling Customer invoicing
-Petty cash handling and management
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field – CPA/ACCA
– 1-2 years of relevant work experience (internship experience will be considered)
– Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant accounting software
– Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
– Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
