Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Front Office Desk Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our front office operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient office operations.
• Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
• Recent graduate.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional and friendly demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Prior customer service or office experience is a plus.
