Our client in the real estate industry is seeking to hire a Property Officer who will be responsible for general property management as well as marketing of vacant houses.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Rent collection in the field.
- Solving issues regarding tenants and landlords.
- Marketing of vacant houses.
- Sourcing for new business.
- General property management.
- Repairs supervision.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Field, Real Estate or related qualifications.
- Relevant experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
- Must be computer proficient
- Passionate Integrity
- Can work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Not more than 25 years old
- Must have a KCSE grade of above C plain
