We are looking for a Customer service Representative and Salon Manager.

  • You must have great leadership and problem solving skills.
  • You must be able to supervise and offer leadership to the team to ensure the business nail salons runs smoothly.
  • You must have excellent customer service skills to solve customer problems and come up with standards to ensure our customer service is exceptional.
  • You must be proactive, flexible and diligent and have great communication skills.

Roles-

  • Resolving customer issues and handling any customer issues.
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
  • Tracking customer service KPIs and metrics
  • Responding to customer reviews
  • Ensuring the team deliver excellent customer training at all times and come up with standards for the business.
  • Manage day to day operations of the business ensuring standards set are followed.
