Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Receptionist located in Diani, Kenya. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests, managing phone calls, handling mail and email correspondence, and managing daily responsibilities at the front desk.
Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette, communication, and customer service skills
- Experience in receptionist duties and front office operations
- A professional appearance and demeanour
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer skills
- Conversant with Opera PMS system
- A diploma in office management or related field is preferred
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Swahili is essential, and knowledge of other foreign languages is an added advantage.
