What Will You Be Doing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and product managers to gather insights for documentation.
- Develop comprehensive API documentation, including guides, recipes, and reference materials, catering to developers’ needs.
- Distill complex technical concepts into user-friendly content for our clients.
- Update and enhance existing documentation to align with evolving APIs.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in API documentation, showcasing your ability to communicate with clarity and precision.
- Strong grasp of payments and cards concepts is a huge plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, essential for cross-functional teamwork.
- Detail-oriented approach and commitment to producing precise, high-quality documentation.
