Job Purpose

Our client is seeking a highly organized and strategic Reseller Acquisition Manager whose primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and onboard resellers onto our platform. You will be a driving force in expanding our network of resellers, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our client’s platform.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential resellers who align with the target audience.
- Nurture and maintain relationships with existing resellers to ensure their ongoing success and satisfaction.
- Address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback, showcasing our client’s commitment to fostering trust and ease in e-commerce transactions.
- Negotiate and finalize rates with influencers in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies
- Lead the onboarding process for new resellers, ensuring a smooth transition onto our client’s platform.
- Provide guidance on account setup, product listing, pricing strategies, and other operational aspects to ensure resellers are equipped for success.
- Monitor the performance of onboarded resellers, tracking key metrics such as sales volume, customer satisfaction, and adherence to platform guidelines.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to resellers to optimize their performance and foster long-term success.
- Provide necessary training and support to help resellers understand the platform’s features, tools, and processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to e-commerce and SMEs.
Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in the e-commerce or technology sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Marketing, Media, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Previous experience with B2B contract negotiation and deal structuring.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a history of successfully closing B2B deals.
- Proficiency in analyzing market data, industry reports, and competitor activities to inform B2B acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and experience managing sales pipelines for B2B partnerships.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving business environment, with the ability to pivot strategies based on changing market dynamics.
