Overall Primary Function/ Role Purpose:
We are looking for an SAP Business One expert. The ideal candidate is expected to have experience with SAP – BUSINESS ONE tool and familiar with Centre of Excellence (COE) principles and methodologies. This position will manage our SAP B1 system end-to-end. The position involves supervising our SAP system end users’ team, monitoring system performance, support and configuring new software.
Key focus areas include:
- Configuring internal SAP ERP Systems.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Deploying the business processes.
To be successful in this role, candidate will need to have excellent troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with various operating systems.
The role holder will report directly to the Head of Systems and will be focusing on our organizations in the Print and Packaging Segment. Key deliverable will be utilization of technology in the business to achieve process excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Configure internal SAP ERP systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Supervise the operations team at company level in the adoption stage.
- Upgrade the end-user’s knowledge.
- Install SAP server, database and application
- Train new system users and set up their accounts
- Monitor the performance of servers, software and hardware.
- Setting up systems and controls for IT governance.
- Ensure the smooth deployment of new applications.
- Project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Update documentation.
Qualifications, Qualities and Experience:
- Work experience as an SAP Business One administrator at company level.
- Excellent Knowledge of SAP Business One Software (preferably with implementation experience level) as a technical service provider.
- Technical skill in system integrations preferred.
- Good knowledge of at least one scripting knowledge.
- Solid understanding of business processes and operations.
- Knowledge of system security techniques.
- Bachelors in Computer Science or similar field with 4-5 years of experience.
