Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate the projects between clients and IT team
– Act as project manager for new/potential clients
– Liaise with IT for any system issues & problems
– Prepare the monthly reports of the Customer Support & Project.
– Attend the regular internal meetings and keep the clients aware of the necessary information
– Interfaces with Visa/MasterCard/UPI/JCB for completing the necessary documentation
– Ensure that Visa/MasterCard/UPI/JCB compliances implemented on the system by IT and clients are aware.
Skills:
– Account Management Skills
– Project Coordinator skills
– Good presentation skills
– Ability to coach and create a team environment
– Good knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
– Report Writing and analysis skills
Qualifications & Experience:
– BSc. Degree IT or Business administration
– Minimum 3 years’ experience in Banking or Payment Domain
