Matanomanne Financial Services Associations (FSAs) is a rural membership based financial institution offering credit, savings and money transaction services to their members. The basic FSA model is similar in many respects to other types of decentralised financial institutions, such as savings and credit co-operatives, with local ownership of the share capital and a strong emphasis on user-owner governance and management. The FSA is managed by a K-Rep Fedha Services Ltd, whose major role is backstopping and oversight of the FSA operations.
The FSA is seeking to hire a Junior Customer Care Clerk.
Responsibilities
The Junior Customer Care Clerk’s role is for client relations. This is a position that addresses the needs of both current and potential customers who interact with the FSA for business or business inquiry. The staff shall take responsibility of ensuring customers who visit FSA premises are attended to promptly and have their questions and queries answered satisfactorily. The candidate for this position should possess: –
· Adequate organization knowledge to respond to customer inquiries comprehensively
· Understand customers queries and respond professionally
· Evaluate customers’ feedback and advise management
· Handle all clients in accordance to FSA procedures and core values
· Knowledge in community mobilisation, group lending technique, other FSA services and products
· Provide standard trainings to clients on different aspects of the organization
· Display good oral and written communication skills
· Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to the relevant people
· Develop and nurture relationship with the clients in order to create an excellent level of customer satisfaction
· Display good oral and written communication skills
Qualifications
· Minimum O’ level C+
· Fresh graduate or a Diploma in business management
· Computer proficient
· Basic Knowledge of operations of financial institutions
· Knowledge of how to handle customers is a must
