Job Purpose

  • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate
  • will have a strong interest in human resources and a willingness to learn and contribute to various
  • HR functions. As an HR Intern, you will be involved in the following tasks:
  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates, participate in recruitment planning and candidate sourcing efforts, and update and maintain our applicant tracking system with candidate information.
  • File and organize important HR documents and records.
  • Assist in sending internal HR-related communications and announcements.
  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
  • Support data entry and data integrity efforts within the HR systems.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure proper documentation and approval processes.
  • Provide support in various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members on HR-related tasks and projects.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
