Job Purpose
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate
- will have a strong interest in human resources and a willingness to learn and contribute to various
- HR functions. As an HR Intern, you will be involved in the following tasks:
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates, participate in recruitment planning and candidate sourcing efforts, and update and maintain our applicant tracking system with candidate information.
- File and organize important HR documents and records.
- Assist in sending internal HR-related communications and announcements.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
- Support data entry and data integrity efforts within the HR systems.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure proper documentation and approval processes.
- Provide support in various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Collaborate with team members on HR-related tasks and projects.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
