Key Responsibilities
– Deal origination and pipeline development
– Preparation of investor pitch decks including but not limited to teasers, information memorandum etc
– Conducting both buyside and vendor due diligence
– Financial modelling
– Business valuation
The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:
– An undergraduate degree in business, economics, statistics or actuarial science
– At least two years’ experience in corporate finance with hands on experience in financial modelling, valuation and due diligence
– Detail oriented, strong interpersonal skills and able to provide insights to experienced business owners and industry leaders through in-depth interpretation of company financials and macro-economic data.
– Agile, able to deal with ambiguity, and deliver quality output in an unstructured work environment.
– Proof of completion or ongoing pursuit of a professional course such as KASNEB’s CIFA, CPA or CFA will be an added advantage
