**Role Overview: **
As an Intern Technical Support Analyst, you will play a vital role in assisting support of our software solutions within the EMEA Region but can be assigned for support in Americas and APAC regions. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support to our clients, ensuring their successful utilization of our software. Reporting to an assigned Technical Analyst, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to certain aspects of Business Development.
**Key Responsibilities: **
1. Collaborate on the installation and support of Audit Management and Analysis software.
2. Deliver technical assistance to clients utilizing our software.
3. Foster client relationships by effectively communicating with client staff, colleagues, and the support desk, enhancing customer satisfaction.
4. Contribute to maintaining excellent customer service through periodic client interactions.
5. Participate in business development efforts by assisting in proposal preparation and outreach to potential clients.
**Qualifications and Skills: **
1. Recently completed a Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
2. Basic understanding of technical support principles, with less than 1 year of experience specifically in client support.
3. Exposure to system technical support, including familiarity with web servers and databases.
4. Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently while exhibiting effective communication and support skills.
5. Demonstrated problem-solving ability and a keen interest in resolving technical challenges.
6. Developing client service skills, with a willingness to engage with client staff.
7. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
8. Developing interpersonal and troubleshooting capabilities.
9. Interest or exposure to Audit, Accounting, or Risk Management concepts is a plus.
10. Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards professional growth.
11. Any additional certifications such as CISA/CIA/CISA will be considered an advantage.
