Roles and Responsibilities.

  • Recording and maintaining the accounting transactions.
  • Maintain and reconcile bank accounts on a regular basis
  • Raising of invoices and following up on payments
  • File statutory returns on timely manner as per the norms of KRA (VAT, Withholding tax, PAYE, NSSF, NHIF, Housing Levy)
  • Petty cash management
  • Research and reconcile discrepancies
  • payroll management
  • Auditing and verifying documents
  • Debtors and creditors reconciliation
  • Budget management
  • Preparation of P&L, monthly and weekly debtors and creditors reports
  • Any other duty as maybe assigned from time to time.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree/Diploma  in a business-related field,Accounting 
  • Should Have 3 years of experience (covering roles stipulated above)
  • Must be proficient with Tally ERP system
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Ability to interpret financial information
  • Great written and oral communication skills
