Job Requirements:

An enthusiastic and trustworthy individual to manage and oversee social media strategy and maintain our online platforms eventually ensuring increased sales

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of multi-company social media channels (including but not limited to our e-commerce websites, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp channels)
  • Create, plan and execute content for all social media platforms
  • Familiarize with the products portfolio and play a key role in digitization including taking and editing photographs, generate a database of products and customers, etc
  • Address customer queries via phone, email, social media channels, etc
  • Support the development and implementation of a corporate social media strategy
  • Find and engage new potential users and encourage greater social media participation
  • Learn and manage all sales, accounting, and e-commerce software used by the group of companies

Selection Criteria:

  • Formal interview
  • Demonstrate ability to converse with customers and team members
  • Demonstrate good writing and content creation skills
  • Demonstrate photography, editing and content creation skills
  • Demonstrate knowledge of key software and website managerial ability
