Job Requirements:
An enthusiastic and trustworthy individual to manage and oversee social media strategy and maintain our online platforms eventually ensuring increased sales
- Manage the day-to-day operations of multi-company social media channels (including but not limited to our e-commerce websites, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp channels)
- Create, plan and execute content for all social media platforms
- Familiarize with the products portfolio and play a key role in digitization including taking and editing photographs, generate a database of products and customers, etc
- Address customer queries via phone, email, social media channels, etc
- Support the development and implementation of a corporate social media strategy
- Find and engage new potential users and encourage greater social media participation
- Learn and manage all sales, accounting, and e-commerce software used by the group of companies
