JM Associates LLP is a leading professional services firm that provides audit, tax, and advisory to organizations across a wide range of industries. We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our team as an Office Administrator.

Reporting to: Partners and HR Officer

Duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows;

  • Managing the office calendar and scheduling appointments;
  • Answering and directing phone calls;
  • Processing paperwork and filing;
  • Preparing reports and presentations;
  • Greeting and attending to visitors;
  • Providing support to staff
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies;
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance;
  • Maintain and Report on the office Petty Cash;
  • Create and update records and databases with financial and other data;
  • Ensure that various communications to clients and other stakeholders including are sent on time;
  • Personal Assistance to the partners- Manage the calendar and scheduling of meetings with clients, potential clients etc.
  • Ensure a conducive working environment at the office.
  • Any other duty as may be provided from time to time

Preferred Qualities of the Successful Candidate

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related course
  • 1- 2 years experience in a similar role
