We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our team as an Office Administrator.
Reporting to: Partners and HR Officer
Duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows;
- Managing the office calendar and scheduling appointments;
- Answering and directing phone calls;
- Processing paperwork and filing;
- Preparing reports and presentations;
- Greeting and attending to visitors;
- Providing support to staff
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies;
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance;
- Maintain and Report on the office Petty Cash;
- Create and update records and databases with financial and other data;
- Ensure that various communications to clients and other stakeholders including are sent on time;
- Personal Assistance to the partners- Manage the calendar and scheduling of meetings with clients, potential clients etc.
- Ensure a conducive working environment at the office.
- Any other duty as may be provided from time to time
Preferred Qualities of the Successful Candidate
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related course
- 1- 2 years experience in a similar role
