Requirements/Qualification
1. Bachelors’ Degree ( Logistics related course is an added advantage ).
2. Must demonstrate good understanding in Operations , and customer service.
3. Computer , Microsoft excel and system/software proficiency.
3. Good Reporting skills and Team management.
4. Detail Oriented.
5. Ability to work under minimal supervision.
6. Ability to work extended hours or days /Flexibility.
Responsibilities
1. Fully responsible for 3PL courier operations.
2. Efficiently oversee and manage transactions which include On Time Courier forward delivery .
3. Work closely with the Logistics Manager to find solutions on Courier delivery Optimization.
4. Monitor the Regional Delivery follow up .
5. Monthly Claims reconciliation with 3PL Providers.
