**Objectives. **
As a HR Consulting Company, your objectives include and not limited to:
- Enhancing HR processes and practices.
- Improving employee engagement and morale.
- Developing a comprehensive talent acquisition and retention strategy.
- Creating or updating HR policies and procedures.
- Conducting training and development programs.
**Scope of Work. **
Tasks and responsibilities expected include but not limited to:
- Assessing current HR processes and practices.
- Developing customized HR solutions to address identified challenges.
- Providing guidance on compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Designing and implementing performance management systems.
- Assisting with organizational restructuring or change management.
** Required Qualifications and Experience. **
Qualifications, Expertise, and Experience expected include:
- Proven track record in HR consulting and demonstrated success in similar projects (10 Reference clients with contact details and reference letters).
- Knowledge of industry best practices and current trends in HR management.
- Familiarity with relevant labour laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Working with IT/Technology Companies will be an added advantage.
**Evaluation Criteria. **
We shall evaluate the proposal using the below criteria:
- Relevant experience and expertise.
- Proposed methodology and approach.
- Cost-effectiveness of the proposal.
- Availability and capacity to meet the project timeline.
