Job Description/Requirements
What You Will Do
- Clean, service and maintain assigned guest rooms according to the hotel standards
- Report to supervisor any unusual observation on the floor such as guest illness, suspicious characters, misuse of linen
- Maintain per stocks of the floor pantry as per set standard
- Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests Monitor and control supplies and amenities, and minimize waste within all areas of housekeeping
- Follow all Loss Prevention procedures regarding guest property
Qualifications
- Experience in 4 or 5 star hotel
- Must possess good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English (speak, read, write) with guests
