Job Title: Marketing Assistants

Our Client, a deposit taking (DT) SACCO based in Nairobi with branches across the country is seeking to fill the role of Marketing Assistants
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Marketing Sacco products to walk in and other customers.
- Educating members on suitable products.
- Capturing of mobile banking applications.
- Data entry to CRM.
- Organizing and taking part in marketing activations.
- Maintain a cordial relationship with all members to enhance the corporate image.
- Collect data for customer satisfaction surveys.
- Provide input in development of new, customer focused products
- Generating marketing reports
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or social studies.
- Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Co-operative Management related course or its equivalent from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
- A minimum two (2) years progressive working experience in customer service, marketing function in a related organization
