Our Client, a deposit taking (DT) SACCO based in Nairobi with branches across the country is seeking to fill the role of a Driver
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Driving members of the board and staff to various official functions.
- Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues.
- Book Car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car
- Keeping an up-to-date work ticket.
- Being responsible for the welfare of the motor vehicle and inspecting it to ensure it is safe for travel at all times.
- Monitor motor vehicle insurance and ensure it is renewed in time.
- Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Class B, C & E driving license with at least 10 years, demonstrable, accident free experience in public or private sector.
- Good conduct & CRB clearance certificates
- NYS training or working experience as a driver with the disciplined forces of Kenya
- KCSE D+ or above
- Knowledge of the Traffic Act and other relevant traffic regulations.
- Diploma in Business related field from a recognized institution would be an added advantage.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision as well as be flexible.
- Good communication skills.
