Our Client, a deposit taking (DT) SACCO based in Nairobi with branches across the country is seeking to fill the role of Customer Service Assistants
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling incoming calls and answering customer queries on phone or email.
- Customer care involving assisting all our customers, answering their queries and giving required assistance.
- Educating members on suitable products.
- Capturing of mobile banking applications.
- Data entry to CRM.
- Checking client application forms and ensuring they are correctly filled in and correct documents attached.
- Referring members to relevant offices for further assistance where required.
- Collect data for customer satisfaction surveys.
- Resolve product or service problems.
- Attend to daily customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follows up to ensure feedback is given and action taken as per the service level agreement.
- Generating customer care reports
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in a business -related field or social studies.
- Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Computer proficiency in computer application, especially in accounting packages and systems and CRM System.
- Knowledge of operation of various Sacco software systems an added advantage
- A minimum two years progressive working experience in customer service, marketing or administrative function in a related organization.
