ESM Mission Animation Program seeks a highly motivated and organized Research Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working collaboratively with our research team to provide support for our research projects. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to gain experience in community development organizations and research.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct research and perform analysis on assigned projects
• Collect and analyze data sets and assist with data management.
• Draft reports and presentations based on research findings
• Collaborate on research proposals and funding applications
• Assist with literature reviews and editorial research
• Attend and take notes at relevant meetings and events
• Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
• A graduate or currently pursuing a course in Project Management, or research-related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of research methodologies and experience with data analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Demonstrated interest in Community development organizations and research.
