Duties and Responsibilities
- Collecting statistical records for the programme.
- Sorting, filing incoming mail & dispatching correspondence;
- Maintaining an efficient filing system;
- Processing appointments letters, discipline, transfers and other related duties in Human Resource Management;
- Computation of financial or statistical records based on routine or special sources of information;
- Undertaking basic bookkeeping tasks and issues invoices and checks
- Preparing payment vouchers;
- Compiling data and drafting simple letters;
- Assist in office management and organization procedures
- Monitor stocks of office supplies (papers, clips, stationary etc)
- Perform other office duties as assigned.
Requirements for Appointment: –
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade C- (Minus) or its approved equivalent
- Certificate in any of the following disciplines: Human Resource Management, Business Administration (KATC), Supply chain management or Records Management.
- A good knowledge of Ms office/ computer Applications
- A good organizational and multitasking abilities
Monthly consolidated Stipend:Â Ksh. -30,000 p.m.

Interested and qualified persons are invited to make their applications and send to the undersigned or hand delivered to the Director County Youth service and women empowerment programme office at Bukhungu stadium on or before Friday the 18th August, 2023 latest 5.00 pm (East African Time). Persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
NOTE that all successful persons shall be required to provide a certificate of Good Conduct. Moreover, successful applicants shall join as beneficiaries the County Youth Service and Women Empowerment Programme and shall therefore be paid a monthly stipend.
