We are seeking a driven and passionate Communication Intern to join our team at ESM Mission Animation Program. As a Communication Intern, you will be crucial in supporting our communication efforts, collaborating with team members, and contributing to a positive and effective work environment. This is an opportunity for someone who is tech-savvy and is looking to start a career in communication within the non-profit sector.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Assist with the creation and implementation of communication strategies.
• Draft newsletters, social media content, email marketing campaigns, and other communication materials.
• Conduct research and provide recommendations based on industry best practices for the organization’s communication efforts.
• Manage and update the organization’s website and social media channels.
• Collaborate with team members on communication-related tasks and projects.
• Participate in meetings and attend events to represent the organization’s communication interests.
Qualifications and Requirements
• A graduate or currently pursuing a course in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills, and experience creating a variety of communication materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Web development, and social media platforms.
• Knowledge of communication and public relations principles and practices.
• Good project management and organization skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
