Our client in the Animal Feeds Industry is looking for a Sales Representative to generate revenue through sales while offering excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact and consult with customers to guide them through the products.
  • Represent the company for the sale of the products in a defined sales area.
  • Meet sales targets consistently.
  • Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions, to include running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork.
  • Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of all products in the company.
  • Create the best buying experience to make lifelong customer retention.
  • Offer excellent customer experience both physically and through online engagements
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and referrals.
  • Stay on top of market trends and current products in the market
  • Cold calling on customers, able to follow up on leads
  • Flexible work schedule to be in office, out selling, demoing equipment as needed
  • Preparation of proper and accurate invoices.

Key Qualifications:

  • Business Degree/Diploma in Sales and Marketing or in a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience preferably in the same industry.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales.
  • Excellent sales skills and techniques.
  • Industry knowledge on market trends and understanding the target market.
  • Demonstrate an excellent sales track record.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills and self-motivation skills.
  • Must be willing to travel across the designated regions.
  • Customer Focused.
