Project Officer will be fully responsible for day-to-day implementation of field work plans and other project related activities in consultation with other project staffs (Project Manager, Coordinator, Monitoring & Evaluation officer, Project Officers).
Requirements:
- Must be Computer literate, good use of MS office packages (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Internet)
- Experience working with partners, participatory action planning and community engagement.
- Ability to undertake regular field visits and interact with different stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability in report writing and presentation.
- Must be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline;
- Experience monitoring projects and collecting relevant data
- Staff supervision experience a plus
- Keep sensitive information confidential.
- Must be trusted and reliable.
- Must Exhibit professional attitude at all times.
- At least 3 years’ experience in implementation of eye work and disability inclusion work in eye health Programs.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Understand the culture and local language for ease of communication with beneficiaries.
Qualification:
- Degree and or Diploma in any related field.
- Certificates in related training courses including disability inclusive development management, Trained in Disability management.
