Terms of Service: Permanent and Pensionable
- The officer will be deployed at Maseno Agricultural Training Centre (ATC)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ability to oversee the Kitchen management with a view to optimal resource utilization, hygiene and general operation :
- Planning menus and following guidelines on nutrition and healthy diet for clients
- Supervising cleanliness of catering facilities
- Managing kitchen equipment’s
- Supervising cooks and all kitchen staff
- Coordinating food prepa bation) cooking, placement and delivery of food stuff
Qualification
- Must be a Kenyan Citizen
- Have a minimum professional qualification of Diploma in catering and accommodation management, Food and Beverage or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
- Atleast one (1) year relevant working
- Valid certificate of health for food handlers
- Previous experience in the field will be an added
- Competence in computer applications
