Tasks
- During the 2 year program you will be trained on the below mentioned tasks:
- Maintain the African Milling School, upkeep the equipments and provide necessary laboratory support in the school.
- Manage the grain receipt, storage, and fumigation.
- Assist in cleaning, grain grinding, final product packaging, and storage procedures.
- Receive and store all consumables for the school’s mill and laboratory.
- Participate in all activities and trials related to diverse customer requirements.
- Ensure to receive and dispatch products, grains, machines from the school mill.
- Any other trainings required.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 0-1 years of working experience in the similar industry.
- Fluent communication skill in English.

- Inter-cultural sensitivity and ability to communicate, collaborate and work across cultures and borders in an international work environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Good communication skills, including the ability to interface effectively with people inside and outside of the company.
