About the role:
The role is essential to the efficient functioning of SunCulture warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the smooth running of our warehouse. Your primary duties will include receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, managing inventory, fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- .Receive and inspect and verify the accuracy of incoming shipments and any goods received at the warehouse
- Ensure all orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of materials meets customers’ expectations and business timelines
- Organize and store solar products in designated warehouse bin locations.
- Maintain weekly accurate inventory records using inventory management software and floor stocks.
- Perform regular inventory counts and coordinate with the supervisor for reordering.
- Generate shipping labels and necessary documentation on all dispatches.
- Assist in routine maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth workflow.

- Diploma, Degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in warehouse or logistics
- Familiarity with solar equipment and components is a plus
- Proficiency in using inventory management software
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
