Our client is a modern chic Salon, Barbershop and cosmetics shop with skilled hair professionals. They seek to hire a Salon Manager to manage the entity. (Gross Salary: 40k-50k).
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating effective work schedules for staff
- Tracking Inventory
- Use spreadsheets, customer management software and basic word processing programs.
- Come up with marketing strategies to ensure we stay competitive
- Conversant with marketing on social media platforms
- Resolve customer complaints effectively
- Managing, motivating and coaching staff to ensure they are meeting their targets
- Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness standards are observed in the salon at all times
- General management of the business
Key Qualifications
- Educational requirements – Diploma and above in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer service or a related field
- 3 Years’ experience
- Experience in the same industry will be an added advantage
- High standards of service excellence and passion for wellness in general
- Presentable/ Excellent grooming skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional English language and general communication skills
- Attention to detail & excellent organizational skills.
- Presentable and well-groomed with a professional demeanor
- Team player
