We are currently seeking a motivated and driven Tele Sales Personnel to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and making sales calls to potential clients over the phone.
Education Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Job Requirements:
Must have previous experience in tele sales or customer service.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
A positive and confident attitude with a strong work ethic.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in using sales-related software.
Personal working tools; computer or smartphone
Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends.
Skills and Experience:
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
The ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Experience in outbound sales calls and cold calling.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
