Dama Services Ltd, Architectural Firm based in Nairobi, is looking for highly experienced persons to fill in the positions outlined in the table above.
QUALIFICATIONS OF CLERK OF WORKS-23 POSITIONS
The applicant should possess any of the following qualifications.
- Either a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. Quantity Surveying, Civil and Structural Engineering.Construction Management & any Other related field with a minimum of 3 years experience as a clerk of works, resident Engineer, Architect or a construction Supervisor
- Diploma/Higher Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering. Construction Management, Building & Construction Management with a minimum of 4 years experience as a clerk of works, resident Engineer, or a construction Supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT EXPERTS & SOCIAL EXPERTS-6 POSITIONS
The applicant for this position should possess any of the following qualifications.
Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Sociology, gender & development studies or any other related field with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
Successful candidates will be paid a gross consultancy fee of Kshs 45,000 inclusive of 5% withholding taxes, airtime, and accommodation.
A contract of 12 months shall be awarded to the successful candidates with a possibility of extension • Only Shortlisted candidates shall be invited for the Interview.
