Milescoop Ventures LTD is a Real Estate company dealing with buying and selling of plots in different parts of Kenya. We are in search of passionate and self-driven individuals to join our team as call center agents.

JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Head of Customer Service, you will play a crucial role in receiving inbound calls, handling outbound calls, Cold calling, Collecting, telesales, customer services survey and any other duties as may be assigned.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
· Manage and updating customer databases with the status of each customer in CRM.
· Seize opportunities to up sell and cross-sell company projects and closing the sales through phone.
· Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads.
· Developing and sustaining a solid relationship with customers to encourage repeat business.
· Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within stipulated schedule.
REQUIREMENTS
· Be a holder of a diploma certificate or equivalent qualifications
· Must have tactics to sell, close sale and offer onetime customer experience.
· Fluent in English and Kiswahili with Excellent Computer skills
· Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas
· Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, and time management.
· Able to build and maintain lasting relationship with customers
· Excellent communication and listening skills
Compensation and benefits
We offer a retainer of Ksh 20,000-25,000 plus a Commission
