DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
  • Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
  • Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales.
  • Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
  • Answering customers’ questions about the products.
  • Meeting sales quotas.
  • Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat customer
  • Using sales script offered by the company to drive sales and respond to customers
  • Continually meeting or exceedingly daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales

REQUIREMENTS

  • A degree or diploma in marketing, communication, business administration, or related field is a must
  • Proven experience working as a telesales executive for more than 2years
  • The ability to follow scripts
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Exhibit good marketing skills to make high sales
  • Excellent presentation skills to convince customers about new products
  • Good managerial skills to lead the team successfully
  • Ability to make a good sales decision
