DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales.
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
- Answering customers’ questions about the products.
- Meeting sales quotas.
- Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat customer
- Using sales script offered by the company to drive sales and respond to customers
- Continually meeting or exceedingly daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales
REQUIREMENTS
- A degree or diploma in marketing, communication, business administration, or related field is a must
- Proven experience working as a telesales executive for more than 2years
- The ability to follow scripts
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Exhibit good marketing skills to make high sales
- Excellent presentation skills to convince customers about new products
- Good managerial skills to lead the team successfully
- Ability to make a good sales decision
