Customer Service Agent to work in Nairobi.
Job Purpose:
To Provide excellent support and assist in Selling, processing orders for our customers and generating additional Sales.
- FUNCTIONS/KEY RESULTS EXPECTED:
- Coordinate information to customers browsing our websites during store discovery, order, and checkout Including after-sales support.
- Perform phone conversations with customers to answer their questions, provide information, and advise them.
- Handle special requests and complaints from customers
- Collect and store user data within our backend system
- Ensure follow-up through emails, phone, or any required means.
KEY CAPABILITIES AND EDUCATION:
- A basic degree/ diploma
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent command of English and Luganda
- Good computer and typing skills
Previous Relevant Work Experience
- 2-3 years of experience working with customer care support
