Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Reports to: Customer Support Manager

 

Summary:

The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers. This includes answering questions, resolving issues, and providing support for our products and services. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer questions via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide support for our products and services
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate team as needed
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude

Qualifications:

  • MUST have worked for MIFOS
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
